Boys Hoops Beats Bryon Center in Season Opener

The Boys Varsity Team’s fast start stuns Byron Center and leads them to a 62-44 victory. Leading scorers for the Falcons were Gates with 18, Williams with 12, and three others scoring in double digits. Keep up the good work boy!

The Eagles Defeat our Falcons

EK’s varsity wrestling team was defeated last evening by the Hudsonville Eagles in conference dual meet action. Winning wrestlers for the Falcons were Charles Bowers, Anthony Hang, Matt Franklin, and Jesse Keenan. The team will compete this weekend in the Ken County Classic Tournament held at Union High School.

Weekend Wrestling Results

Both the Red and Black Varsity Wrestling Teams went 2-3 in dual meet action at their respective tournaments this past Saturday. Silver medalists were Charles Bowers and Charlie Hang and Bronze medal winners were Austin Geerlings, Ernie Morton, Phil Morrow, Jonathan Lowe, Casey baker, Tyler welsh, Jose Rodriguez, Mello Frazier, Jesus Ortiz, and Nimlo Diarrassouba.

Varsity Wrestlers Head to Greenville

The Varsity Wrestling team heads to Greenville on Saturday morning to compete in their Invitational Tournament.  In the last meet, the Falcons pinned the competition three times. The invitational starts at 10am. Come cheer them on!
